Our Company History
Capitalizing on her extensive career in both foodservice operations and hospitality recruitment, Pat Toomey launched Hire Solutions in 1999. Her recruiting staff brings a thorough knowledge of hospitality, coupled with a fearless entrepreneurial sales drive, to produce consistent results.
She has also tapped into the local talent by establishing a highly successful internship program with Villanova University. College interns support both the research and technology departments, while gaining hands-on business experience. Our state of the art computer software allows us to track thousands and thousands of hospitality professionals throughout their career.
Prior to establishing Hire Solutions, Pat co-owned a nationwide hospitality recruitment firm in which she distinguished her company as the national preferred provider of several major clients.
Pat is an active member of numerous professional organizations and associations and is an active voice in several hospitality schools including Cornell University.
